Moore has completed various projects in the Food & Beverage Industry from Instrumentation to final control and reporting.  These comprise of brewery, dairy and juice-processing control systems, CIP plants, mixing and cooking plants,  and MCC switch-gear control. We successfully completed a control system a European brewery executing the entire beer processing process from raw materials and brew house through, fermentation, centrifugation, maturation, yeast pitching, and cropping and propagation, through to bright-beer storage and filler entry.  We also do control system migrations from end-of-life systems to the latest available systems on the market.  We provide a solution from the conceptual design, standards generation up to the final commissioning and optimization.

Batching forms the heart of most Food and Beverage processes.  Moore isvery experienced on S88 Based plant modelling and DDS design to fit the most complex Plants.  Moore has executed plants on a multitude of PLC platforms and Batch Engine Platforms.
