Moore’s own Chengdong Liu from our Singapore office played a key role in ensuring the ABB-based integrated control and safety system (ICSS) was ready on time for first oil.

Chengdong initially sailed with the vessel from Singapore’s Keppel shipyard to its final destination offshore Angola. He subsequently stayed on to commission the system in preparation for oil production.
