News: Moore certified as ABB Authorized Value Provider

Moore Process Controls from South Africa was recently certified as an ABB Authorized value provider and there was a Certificate Handover event on Sep 16, 2016 to mark their achievement. ABB South Africa’s Nicoline Venter and Lance Johnson organized the event that was held in Moore’s premises. A traditional “Spit Braai” was held in alignment with South Africa’s “Heritage Day”. There was a total of 25 participants and included Eric Hore Oomesh Maharaj, Ben Gouws, Eben Dorfling, ABB’s John McIntosh, Riccardo Hirscbruch and Lance Johnson, to name a few.

Moore Process Controls achieved certification back on June 20, 2016. Moore Process Controls is a leader in providing global Industrial Automation and Optimization turnkey solutions to a diverse range of industries including: oil and gas, petrochemical, food and beverage, metals, mining, power and water and sanitation. The company is an ISO certified company and has extensive engineering experience in DCS and Safety Shutdown systems, PLC systems and field instrumentation. They cover conceptual design through to final commissioning and full maintenance and training packages of the system after installation. Moore has been working with ABB since 2013 and has approximately 60 engineers and admin employees.
